Dan Wegner
Born in Adelaide Dan grew up just outside of Coonawarra. He fell in love with wine whilst living and working in Central Otago before becoming a sommelier in Sydney. He has had roles in Europe and UK before heading back to Australia.

Dan represented us to 4th place at the World Champs in Athens in 2011 as Australia’s young sommelier of the year whilst curating as Head Sommelier at Quay in Sydney, then penned Australia’s most awarded wine list at Perth’s Print Hall, a recent recipient of the elusive Grand Award by Decanter Magazine in 2015.

ANNA GARE
NATIONALITY
- Australian
BORN
- Melbourne
Considered one of Australia’s most loved female celebrity cooks. Anna has won the hearts of many people while hosting and cooking on prime time television shows such as Junior Masterchef (Network Ten), The Great Australian Bake off (Network nine), The Best in Australia and Quickies in my Kitchen which, featured Anna preparing quick easy recipes while chattng with high-profile guests.
Before deciding to devote her life to good food, Anna spent her teens singing in an all girl band called The Jam Tarts. The band toured extensively in Australia and the UK and developed a devoted following but even then Anna's passion for food was never far from her thoughts. She poached asparagus in hotel kettles, ironed salmon (until medium rare) on dressing room ironing tables and wilted spinach with her hair drier before gigs…. very rock n' roll!
After leaving the band Anna set up her own catering business the highly innovative Deluxe catering in Fremantle, Western Australia which ran for 12 years. It wasn't long however before Anna's passion for food and her love of performing combined, leading her to her new and busy career in Television and cooking shows.
Following her success on National television, Anna has written 3 cookbooks titled “Homemade-simplydelicious food”, “Eat in” and the soon to be launched “Delicious Everyday” (October 2016).
In 2011 she launched her own kitchen range called “Anna Gare” with Albi import. Her brand has been a huge success Australia wide and also internationally and the retro, colourful range is still one of the most successful sellers for key retailers.
Anna is passionate about inspiring people to cook and enjoy healthy homemade meals. Her infectious energy, charisma and simple delicious recipes have made her an audience and brand favourite and she’s currently being kept busy as the Ambassador for Devondale and Thermomix.
Her recent collaboration with Jamie Oliver to help launch “Ministry of Food Australia” and her work with kids through Stephanie Alexander’s “Kitchen Garden School Program” are projects that reflect her commitment to making cooking accessible to everyone.

Live music by
Blue Stuka
Blue Stuka, formerly Groove Unit, is a local three piece playing a mix of pop, blues and rock that spans from a swinging acoustic jazz vibe thru to rattlin' classic rock. The band compliments this set of memorable hits with WAM award nominated original music.
The Cyclone Tracee Band
Lead by the pint sized lady with the tremendous voice, the 'Cyclone' Tracee (Tracey Morrison) band performs a range of rocky soul tunes, predominantly from the 60s, 70's & 80s.
Covering classics from the Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin & Blues Brothers - just to mention a few, the band's lively performance on stage provides the perfect recipe for an enjoyable day out.
With vocal styles similar to the likes of Tina Turner and Janis Joplin, Tracee executes an element of fun within her performance, combining gutsy vocals and funky attitude as she shakes her tambourine.
Occasionally, Tracee steps aside to give the guys in the band a chance to shine.
Unpretentious and sharing a love of music, 'Cyclone' Tracee enjoy herself on stage and the audience can't help but join in the fun.
With the band's energetic fun personality, coupled with their talented musicianship, people are happy to both sit and have a few drinks and get up and have dance.

CircaSEA, presented by Act-Belong-Commit will perform a jaw dropping visual feat, merging circus aerials, acrobatics and manipulations in an innovative youth devised performance.
SEA's aerial rig will be erected on site, allowing our members to perform incredible feats of strength on silks, rope and trapeze. Megan McDougall will daringly spin, drop, climb and hang on a luscious fabric from the height of the rig to the ground while holding the body in precarious positions.
Then Cassy Turner and Tristan Maitland will perform on the trapeze together as two bodies clamber, drop, spin, entwine and catch one another in a game of trust, strength and ability. The cast will impress the audience with a group acrobatic and acrobalance routine as they manipulate each other, upside down, twisting at times two people high!
Performance Times: 12:15 pm and 02:00 pm.
Circus Workshops:
11:00 am - 11:45 am
12:45 pm - 01:30 pm
